Who we are
A small team of developers with 8+ years of experience each. We've built booking platforms for tour operators, a multi-tenant recruitment platform, e-commerce and rental marketplaces, and corporate sites. We know what works and what doesn't.
No sales team. No project managers. Just experienced engineers who write clean code, communicate clearly, and deliver on time.
We started Vibeica because we were tired of seeing projects fail due to poor planning, unclear communication, and technical debt. We believe there's a better way.
Our approach
Every project starts with a discovery phase. We take time to understand your business, technical requirements, and success criteria. No rushing into code.
Then we design the system architecture. Database schema, API structure, deployment strategy. Everything documented before we write a single line of code.
Development happens in Agile sprints with weekly demos. You see progress, provide feedback, and we adjust. No surprises at the end.
