By engaging Vibeica Technology for a project, you agree to the terms outlined in your project agreement. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

All work product created by Vibeica Technology becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
