The problem
Safaris and national-park trips were sold by email and phone. Travellers had no way to browse tours or pay online, and bookings lived in inboxes rather than a single system.
Our approach
- 1Structured tours, destinations and departures so travellers can browse by trip and park.
- 2Built customer accounts and an online booking flow with Stripe Checkout.
- 3Sent automated booking-confirmation emails to travellers and the operator.
- 4Used Strapi as a content API so tours and destination content are updated without code.
Outcome
Travellers can browse Ethiopian wildlife safaris and book online, paying by card, while the operator manages tours, content and bookings in one place.
